Tail Wagz Pty Ltd Shipping Terms & Promise

Your product will be shipped immediately following manufacture, or immediately if off the shelf products are ordered. 

Generally, the time from order to dispatch is one week maximum, but this may differ depending on materials and supply. At all times you will be informed of delays and kept in the loop regarding estimated dispatch. 

Shipping charges are actual price of postage or less and charged on a flat rate for the item’s weight. 
Shipping always includes tracking for your security. At times, your product may have to be signed for upon collection too.

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You need to provide proof of purchase.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund or repair after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) or repair & return to you.

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
